This position works 32 hours per week from our Boise office location. Typical Duties: + Provides assistance to the Purchasing Specialist while adhering to related policies and procedures. + Provides coverage for the Purchasing Specialist during vacations, etc. + Receives purchased items including unpacking items, verifying quantities, correct items, and condition of products. + Submits electronic requisitions and updates electronic purchase orders with items received and submits invoices to finance. + Delivers purchased items to agency personnel. + Coordinates fleet vehicle maintenance scheduling including driving agency vehicles. + Inputs data information for inventory of equipment. + Completes initial process for surplus of equipment and assists Purchasing Specialist with completion of surplus inventory. + Completes inventories and restocks copy centers as needed. + Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Experience: + Monitoring a records system to identify and correct errors. + Researching a variety of sources to resolve problems. + Interpreting, explaining and applying regulations, laws, or complex policies to carry out assignments. + Entering and retrieving data using a computerized records system.
