Requirements:
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Assists in preparation of Request for Quotation, Initiations to Bid, Requests for Proposal and co-ordination of their timely dispatch by email or other means appropriate Assists the Procurement Manager in maintaining updated procurement documents and manuals Routing copying and circulation of quotes, bids and proposal for evaluation Research pricing obtaining quotes locally on low value items Assist with the coordination with the selected bidder to ensure completion of administrative processes and that contract documents are distributed accordingly Assists in managing the administrative process throughout the duration of the preparation of the all documentation until the award of the contract Prepares management information and statistical report Receives approved requisitions by departments and process the appropriate documents procedures for purchases/services/contracts Checks and classifies the precedence of the requisition; process priority setting of the material needed Process and appropriate document and forms for issuing the petty cash from the cashier Coordinates with requestors and confirms right materials needed. Sources and confirms sample of material to be purchased if necessary Provide purchased materials to the responsible receiving office and do all actions for completing the process Maintain appropriate records to ensure that procurement process, decision, and contractual agreement are accurately documented for accountability and audit purpose Perform other duties related field as assigned by Procurement ManagerDo you have what it takes? If you want to be considered for this role you will need:
Bachelors degree in any 4 or 5 years course With at least 2 years related experience Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Good knowledge in supply chain management and purchasing strategies With good sourcing and negotiation skills With strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills Driving skills is an advantage Male and/or Female are welcome to applyBenefits:
