This vacancy is based at our European Divisional Support Centre (EDSC) in Irvine, Ayrshire.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Our 12-to-15month placement will report to a key member of the European Procurement Team. 
The successful applicant will work in a team responsible for providing the following key responsibilities: 

General administration within the department.

Updating the Purchasing Systems with new part information.

Setting up New Vendors.

Assist Buyers in day-to-day administrative activities.         
          

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

Candidates should be working towards a degree in Commercial or Business Studies related courses.

Candidates must have good customer focused skills, to enable them to correspond effectively with suppliers.

Candidates should be able to work enthusiastically and efficiently within a team.

The successful candidate will be subject to background screening.
