We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the purchasing department. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.

Responsibilities: ... Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and purchasing materials and supplies as needed.
Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages.
Utilize SAP ERP and Oracle EBS systems for tracking orders and managing inventory.
Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Support the implementation of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems for efficient inventory management.
Prepare purchase orders and confirm order details with vendors.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Experience with Google Sheets (Docs) required.
Ability to use Microsoft Excel.
Working knowledge and understanding of inventory control and management principles.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with suppliers and internal teams


Minimum of a HS diploma/GED
