Job Title: Purchasing Specialist
Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to manage all purchase orders and maintain vendor relationships. This role requires ensuring the stockroom is always full, occasionally assisting in stocking materials, and handling some sourcing for repetitive buys.

ResponsibilitiesProcess all purchase orders and follow up on them.Maintain strong relationships with vendors.Ensure the stockroom is always fully stocked.Assist in stocking materials in the stockroom as needed.Handle some sourcing, mainly for repetitive purchases with provided product information and order quantities.Essential SkillsExperience with purchase orders, purchasing, data entry, and order entry.Proficiency in ERP systems.Experience in purchasing or inventory management.Strong customer service skills.Good communication skills and ability to maintain vendor relationships.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Additional Skills & QualificationsBilingual preferred.High School Diploma.Work Environment

This position is fully onsite, working Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM at 4151 West 108th Street, Hialeah Gardens, Florida, United States.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00
