Job DescriptionWorldwide purchasing controlling for Categories in responsibilityClose collaboration with Category Management in regard of planning, prognosis and reporting, e.g. preparation of monthly reporting (MCR- material cost report)Business Partnering for Category Management: Preparation and further development of data analysis, standard and ad-hoc reportsCollaboration in worldwide process teams: optimization and further development of processes, represent interests of the teamPush digitalization and automation in direct purchasing controllingParticipation in digitalization initiatives

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience:

Previous experience in controlling, preferably in (purchasing) controlling, is an advantage.

Know-How:

Advanced proficiency in IT tools, particularly MS Office (Excel), SAP, and Power BI (will be a plus).Strong numerical aptitude with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.Cross-functional and process-oriented mindset, with an understanding of workflow optimization.

Languages:

Fluent in English (mandatory).German language skills are an advantage.

Working Style and Methods:

Structured, independent, and analytical approach to work.High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Personality:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and assert ideas effectively.Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a motivation to work in global and multicultural teams.
