Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. This role involves splitting time between quality ticket resolution and invoice issue resolution, ensuring smooth operations and communication with various departments and vendors.
ResponsibilitiesOpen, track, and resolve quality issue tickets generated by the QA team.Communicate with vendors, quality, engineering, operations, and buyers regarding necessary actions.Ensure tickets are closed within 7 days.Investigate errors, discrepancies, or any other problems preventing Accounts Payable from processing an invoice.Follow up with appropriate parties, including vendors, quality, engineering, operations, and buyers.Resolve invoice issues within 30 days.Essential Skills2+ years of experience working with any ERP software.5+ years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, and/or supply chain.High School Diploma.Experience with SAP.Experience in purchasing.Additional Skills & QualificationsDegree (preferred).Additional experience with SAP (preferred).Work Environment
The work environment is a corporate office setting that is air-conditioned. Contractors will have their own cubicle. The working hours are Monday to Friday, starting between 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM with a 30-minute lunch break.
