Job Description
The role of a Purchasing Coordinator will involve dividing time between two main functions: Quality Ticket Resolution and Invoice Issue Resolution. This position offers a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and work towards a long-term career.
ResponsibilitiesOpening, tracking, and resolving quality issue tickets generated by the QA team.Communicating with vendors, quality, engineering, operations, and buyers regarding necessary actions.Ensuring quality tickets are closed within 7 days.Investigating errors, discrepancies, or any other problems preventing AP from processing an invoice.Following up with vendors, quality, engineering, operations, and buyers to resolve invoice issues.Ensuring invoices are resolved within 30 days.Essential Skills2+ years of experience working with any ERP/MRP software.5+ years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, and/or supply chain.Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups.Experience working with data sets as large as 1000 lines and 20 columns.Additional Skills & QualificationsDegree (preferred)Experience with SAP (preferred)Work Environment
The position is based in a corporate office environment that is air-conditioned. Contractors will have their own cubicle. The working hours are Monday to Friday, starting between 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM, with a 30-minute lunch break.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00
