If you are ready to expand your professional experience with a thriving organization, we invite you to become a valued member of our team! **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Daily review of sales orders entered by sales the previous day for accurate ship dates based on personnel scheduling and component part availability + Prepare Late Order Report and forward to appropriate management members daily + Review the MAX Order Navigator daily to identify best scheduling practices + Prepare and distribute the daily Production schedule according to the required ship dates, component availability, production personnel available, and the urgency of the customer involved + Prepare and distribute the main product line production demand form in advance of the days following production. Make recommendations for production Line staffing and output quantities + Daily review of purchase schedule to determine what components need to be ordered. + Prepare Late Purchase Order Report and forward to appropriate suppliers daily + Bi-weekly review of planner action to determine pull in/push out of components. **Who you are:** You collaborate with others outside of the department. You are action orientated and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
