YOUR ROLE Steers and ensures supply continuity and manages all critical shortages and FM’s avoiding out of stocks and impact on NES according to defined KPIs.  Assess, identify, and support processes and tools to drive the digital framework for supply resilience to anticipate market developments and foster knowledge management.  Optimizes (together with SC) the end-to-end value chain demand-to-supply to improve supplier service and quality level, and raws/packs inventory. Manages together with the team all operational standard processes with the target to enable, secure, improve and verify supply. Manages Regional Sourcing Office Sub-Team and collaborates with the regional stakeholders (SC, CT, R&D). YOUR SKILLS 5 years of commercial roles & supply chain background Cross-category knowledge in different materials-& logistics sourcing categories High level of digital skills to drive creative solutions embedded in digital framework  Operational excellence procurement troubleshooting purchasing BPO supplier quality
