Responsibilities and Duties

Handle a variety of tasks to assist the Purchasing Department  Utilize SAP (ERP system) to manage transactions  Participate in procurement strategy  Assist and conduct Requests for Proposals (RFP’s)  Supplier and internal communications  Supplier evaluation and negotiations  Management of supplier database  Invoice reconciliation  Other projects as needed 

Job Qualifications

Undergraduate or graduate business student; Supply Chain focus a plus  Solid communication and analytical skills  Willingness to work with a variety of team members  High energy level and ability to multi-task  Desire to learn and take on responsibility  Conduct all interactions in a professional manner
