Your Key Responsibilities

 

Providing service and support for daily tasks to the Department of Purchasing & Supplier Management Sustainability Appropriately communicating information within the defined group of recipients Following up on relevant information regarding sustainability topics from suppliers, based on input from Material Compliance Dealing with inquiries from internal or external clients Verifying supplier performance and tracking actions/measures with suppliers concerning sustainability issues Your Qualifications

 

Actively pursuing a degree English language level allowing business communication (mandatory), knowledge of German language is a plus  First professional experience in customer service would be an advantage Very good command of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams Fluency in Excel (functions: xlookup, pivot table, working with databases) would be an advantage Ability to work in a team and international environment  Customer orientation and very good organizational skills Our Offer
