Your Key Responsibilities

 

Providing service and support of daily tasks to ServiceNow Team Being the first point of contact for requestors, the ability to detect urgent requests, answering simple questions or redirecting to KeyUser Collecting feedback from requestors, analyzing, grouping similar feedback, presenting the survey results to the KeyUser / Project manager / Management Order confirmation process, including automation of it Cooperation with Purchasing Specialists Providing helpdesk service for internal customers Ability to work under time pressure

 

Your Qualifications

 

Actively pursuing a university degree English language level allowing business communication (mandatory) Knowledge of German language an advantage Fluency in Excel Ability to work in a team and international environment Customer orientation and very good organizational skills Quick learner and solution seeker Availability: minimum 30 hours per week
