Job Purpose

To oversee and manage inventory control, demand forecasting, supplier relationships, procurement, data management, tooling management, and team supervision to ensure optimal supply chain operations and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Procurement: Source materials and develop procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing.Inventory Management: Plan and control inventory levels to meet customer needs and minimize shortages or overstock.Supplier Evaluation: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for optimal pricing and quality.Cost Optimization: Analyze procurement processes to reduce costs and align strategies with budgetary constraints.Demand Forecasting: Manage forecasts based on market trends and collaborate with internal teams for accurate demand planning.Process Improvement: Implement integrated procurement processes and continuous improvement initiatives.Risk Management: Identify risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans for disruptions.Technology Oversight: Manage procurement systems and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the procurement planning team, setting performance goals and fostering collaboration.Compliance and Reporting: Ensure procurement activities comply with regulations and prepare performance reports for management

Education Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Relevant Experience:

At least 10 years experiences in Supply ChainStrong analytical and negotiation skills.Proficiency in inventory management software and data analysis tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Multinational company experience would be an advantage.People management experience

Others (% of travel, language, etc.):

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Korean.
