Purchasing Manager
**Responsibilities include:** + Identify, analyze, and reduce cost for the organization while working with business stakeholders to identify the needs for goods and services. + Enhance operational efficiency; work with Accounts Payable to identify and implement new procedures and processes to streamline and improve operations between AP and Procurement. + Promote the use of strategic sourcing techniques across the business to deliver cost savings with focus on Marketing and Print items while cultivating key relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and set performance metrics to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-efficiency. + Manage form supplies while providing cost analysis and alternatives for the organization to enhance product quality while reducing cost and inventory. + Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners to provide strategic sourcing support + Identify potential supply chain risks and create contingency plans to reduce their impact on customers, employees, and other systems including if/when mergers or acquisitions occur.. **Qualifications** : + The Purchasing Manager works at the direction of the CPO. + Daily tasks and regular projects are performed independently with minimal supervision. + The Purchasing Manager is expected to work independently with guidance from the CPO. + Extensive experience in Procurement in the Financial Services market space. Including managing suppliers and negotiating strategic agreements for an organization. + Cost savings proven methodology needed.
