Responsibilities Coach and motivate staff of buyers and supportManage “Just-In-Time” (JIT) order fulfillment(s) and product receiving  Negotiate national long term contractsNegotiate bulk purchases for stock managementOversight of purchase order expedition in a very fast paced environmentOversight of local Runner activitiesOversight of stock materials, inventories and distributionsSource/Interview new vendor relationships and product Qualifications MUST have a minimum of 5 years experience in training and managing department staff, strong leadership and communication skills4-year college degree preferred Effective with both system organization and just in time schedulingWork in a fast paced environmentHave great attention to detail and be extremely organized while simultaneously motivating and supervising a team of buyers and processorsStrong PC knowledgePrevious purchasing experience is helpful but not requiredPrevious experience in multi-family apartment management a plus Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareRefer this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
