We are searching for candidate to join us as our new Purchasing Program Manager.
Your Role:
Lead a team of Program Line Purchasing Leaders
Report out and lead presentations to top leadership
Drive accountability and ownership of PLPLs
Lead Supplier selection including the RFQ process, supplier evaluation and communication as well as keyparticipation in sourcing decisions
Manage global procurement activities for the Global Product Line across all customer projects
worldwide
Responsible for the change management process for Procurement as well as project planning
Represent the SCM team when working across the functions (Sales, Engineering etc.) and lead technical supplier discussions
Act as the central interface between the Global Product Line and central SCM team (material field related purchasing, quality functions)
Lead and represent SCM in global reviews with the Senior Management Team
Deliver committed material performance for projects globally
Support the business in research and use of new technology suppliers
Manage global SCM financial Risk& Opportunity Tracker
Your Background:
Education: degree (Bachelor or higher) in industrial, electrical/mechanical engineering
Experience and Knowledge: Management experience in Purchasing or Engineering
Languages: fluent in English
Knowledge of the Semiconductor market, key suppliers, products and trends
Proven ability to get results in challenging environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate at
senior leadership levels
