Purchasing Serial Life Process Specialist

The Purchasing Serial Life Process Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Serial Life processes utilized by the Direct Materials, Aftermarket, and Raw Materials Purchasing Teams, globally, to ensure processes are both SOX and Internal Audit compliant.

 

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Leading and owning the overall project management of assigned processes Process ownership related to: Raw Materials Indexation, Capacity, Resource Notification, Packaging, SAP Purchasing Customer Support Flexibility to support the changing needs of our customers and leadership Interfacing with cross-functional Stellantis colleagues in all regions, to support process development, convergence, and enhancements, as well as identifying opportunities for continuous improvement Communicating and training of Serial Life Processes to Purchasing, internal Stellantis customers, and suppliers as required Customer service that entails responding to customer requests in a timely manner

Requirements: 

Fluent in English Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or closely related field. Minimum of 5 years of Project Management, Purchasing, or closely related relevant experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Convey goals, ideas, and issues to team members and all levels of leadership via email, PowerPoint, and oral presentations Proven Leadership skills Ability to lead cross-functional teams and take ownership of projects Motivate and inspire team to be productive and effective Soft Skills Negotiation, listening, and team building Analytical, problem solving, and conflict resolution Organization, time management (self and team), prioritization Respectful and adaptable Strong MS Office Suite skills Excel and Powerpoint  

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the Automotive Industry Experience with SAP
