About the Role
We’re looking for a Purchasing SME who will work closely with business teams to ensure our ERP system supports current processes and is ready for future improvements. You’ll help bridge the gap between business needs and technology, making sure users are trained, data is clean, and the system runs smoothly during upgrades and changes.
What You’ll Do
Understand business needs and translate them into ERP system requirements.Work with global teams to improve and standardize business processes.Support ERP configuration and ensure it allows for future enhancements.Prepare and deliver training sessions for end users, including new hires.Help test business scenarios and validate data during system integration.Ensure smooth ERP implementation with minimal disruption to operations.Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues quickly.Continuously look for ways to improve processes and system functionality.Participate in ERP upgrades and coordinate enhancements with global teams.Support ISO procedure updates related to process changes.What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills – able to explain technical concepts clearly.Analytical thinking – able to identify problems and find effective solutions.Comfortable working with standardized procedures and minimal variation.Ability to work with numbers and interpret data (e.g., percentages, graphs).Experience with ERP systems and business process mapping.Confidence using Windows-based software and advanced PC tools.Hard Skills Required
