Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities: (may be used to create job postings)
Performs a variety of routine tasks as part of the Central Purchasing Team. Purchase Requisition & Purchase Order Processing using sophisticated software and computer systems in daily work. Works with other departments and/or outside vendors to resolve problems. Perform tasks given by the Manager as and when necessary.

Education: (if beyond High School or equivalent):
High School education or GED equivalent required. Some college or post high school education in finance/accounting preferred. Should have knowledge of FRENCH, both spoken and written.
Experience Target: (specify if in this job or a related function or field:
Three (3) or more year’s progressively responsible accounting clerical work.

Detail oriented; basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices; demonstrated ability to research and problem solve effectively. PC proficient with the demonstrated ability to use a variety of software packages to include Lawson, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to capture the detail of a situation and communicate accurately and completely either verbally or in writing. Ability to prioritize and adjust to deadline pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Disciplined self-starter with the ability to work independently managing time effectively.Strong mathematical, computer and analytical skills; basic accounting skills, very organized; strong interpersonal skills.
