In this position, you will be based in Székesfehérvár and you will report to the Operations Manager. **Your Responsibilities** + Maintain inventory levels that support production and align with factory goals. + Minimize extra shipping costs associated with imports. + Administration of supplier orders and related documentation. + Perform any tasks assigned by the plant manager. + Mentor Procurers, providing educational support and acting as an initiator in group-related tasks. **About You** + Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience. + Fluency in English. + Knowledge of best practices and relevant systems in administration and business/production support, preferably from a Purchasing perspective. + Experience in managing well-defined procurement processes. + Ability to lead minor processes or projects. + Preferably 2-3 years of similar work experience. + Ability to influence others and adhere to processes. + Experience in supporting key business initiatives. **What’s in it for you?** Whether it’s developing leadership skills or advancing your expertise even further, we’ll support you with continuous learning and development opportunities, to help discuss and steer your long-term Grundfos career path.
