**Purchasing Specialist Indirect Logistics**
**What is the job about?**
As a Purchasing Specialist - Indirect Logistics, you will play a crucial role in providing support related to sourcing and relationship activities in close cooperation with the Category Managers. You will consistently deliver high customer satisfaction while continuously optimizing operational excellence, innovation and sustainability delivered from suppliers.
Reporting to the Chief Category Manager Logistics. This role can be based in either Hungary or Serbia
**Your main responsibilities include;**
**Strategic Sourcing Process activities (70%):**
+ Support development of sourcing strategy
+ Execute the Sourcing strategy by using the existing Purchasing Tools
+ Prepare data and fact packs for supplier negotiations
+ Support market intelligence research and analysis activities for visibility in key cost drivers and market trends, industry best practices.
+ Support value & savings delivery for the category
+ Support suppliers portfolio optimization
+ Responsible for tendering process
+ Support the creation and management of contracts
+ Support data transparency activities and reporting activities
+ All activities to SAP TM, S2P and support to the Centre of Excellence (CoE) Logistics
**Supplier Relationship Management (30%):**
+ Support preparation and facilitation of business reviews
+ Support the definition and maintenance of preferred supplier lists.
+ Support the supplier’s performance assessment and development
**Your background:**
+ Relevant commercial/technical education
+ Minimum 2 to 5 years professional experience within logistics sourcing
+ Knowledge of best practises and relevant systems for business support
+ Good communication skills
+ Analytical and strategic thinking, Knowledge of Excel and or PowerBI is preferred
+ Result and action oriented
+ Expected travel is approximately max 10%
+ Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
