In this position…

Support Dearborn Truck Plant/REVC / Manufacturing Plants (PTO), VFG (PD) and PVT efforts to achieve the vehicle line and aligned functional quality objectives. Lead VRT (Variability Reduction Team) process, work with cross-functional subsystem variability teams (VFG/PRT) to drive quality improvement focused on customer requirements.

What you'll do...
 

Monitor daily CQIS reports for emerging functional issues. Contact Dealerships to investigate GSAR claim details and part returns. Working with QOSC/MPEP to map Plant controllable issues to root cause, develop countermeasures and document in BSAQ. Work with PTO Plant PRTs/STA to map supplier controllable issues to root cause. Ensure that countermeasures are documented in BSAQ. Identify gaps to Vehicle Line roadmap objectives and countermeasures.  Prepare/present IPTSE Documents at VRT board reviews, VQR's, SAR's. Ensure PTO/PD/Supplier representation and CCC 6 Panels / GD8's, as required.
