The PW800 Business Manager will oversee budget management, program-specific financial processes, parts delivery forecasting, sales analysis, and business operations unique to the program while also leading all internal and customer reviews.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Oversee budget management processes and perform analyses to support budget and staffing decisions for the value stream.
+ Lead and coordinate internal and customer meetings to review Key Performance Indicators, business matters, and commercial issues.
+ Manage internal financial and business processes specific to the Small Commercial Engines and value stream.
+ Lead cross-functional teams and develop processes to oversee the customer-facing aspects of supplier transitions and part number/revision letter incorporation.
+ Support annual strategic planning, cost of sales, and pricing by conducting delivery and forecasting analyses, financial assessments of sales and other cost factors, and gathering business intelligence from customers and internal teams.
+ Develop and implement standardized processes while recommending and executing new policies, standards, or operational plans in alignment with the value stream strategy.
+ Administer the customer portal, approve user access, assist suppliers with portal navigation, and submit quarterly reports to the customer.
+ Oversee the certificate of conformance (CofC) and checklist processes, providing supplier training, identifying training gaps, and driving process improvements.
+ Act as the escalation point for CofC issues, working with suppliers to resolve errors

**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience **or** an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience **or** in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience

**Qualifications We Prefer**
+ Proficiency in budget and project management, financial analysis, sales forecasting, and delivery process knowledge
+ Experience leading cross-functional teams to address complex and unique challenges across multiple organizations
+ Background in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality, including the development of standardized processes
+ Experience in customer or supplier-facing roles

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
