In financial operations at PwC, you will focus on managing financial processes and confirming compliance with regulations. You will handle tasks such as financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management.

Job purpose: A successful candidate will play one of key roles in the Eurasia Finance team by preparation of financial reports, analytics and participating in annual budgets and forecasts. This role will provide an opportunity to work on systems and processes implementation by working across Central and Eastern Europe and Eurasia. 

Responsibilities:

Execute the analysis of Eurasia financial results and key financial metrics, prepare an extensive reports and presentations;

Participate in preparation of periodic forecasts and annual budgets on Eurasia level;

Ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and data reconciliations;

Monitor the accounting processes, accurate and timely reflection of accounting information;

Identify cost saving and business efficiencies, operational improvement opportunities;

Participate in system implementation, harmonization of accounting policies, procedures and processes across Eurasia;

Bring new ideas through understanding of business needs;

Work closely with different stakeholders including company’s Executives.

Requirements:

Working experience in a multinational, matrix organization;

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any related field, MBA will be an advantage;

Professional certifications (CFA, ACCA, CIMA) will be an advantage;

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Finance/Accounting areas;

Strong analytical skills, proficient knowledge in MS excel, Power BI and other financial software;

Excellent presentation skills;

Attention to details, problem-solving and time management skills are at high level;

Fluent Russian and English oral & written communications skills.
