As a corporate and business strategy consultant at PwC, you will analyse client needs, provide consulting services across different strategic areas, and offer guidance and support to help clients develop and implement effective strategies that align with their business objectives and drive growth.

Job Summary:

As a Data Research Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting datasets from critical databases that the firm has subscribed to. You will be part of the Insights Factory Data team, and your role will involve pulling the right sector data/KPIs/benchmarks/other relevant data sets from databases such as Circana, S&P, IHS, IBIS, etc and share with sector teams and stakeholders. You will also develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends. 

Key Responsibilities:

Data Gathering and Management:

Collect and manage data from various internal and external databases.Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation checks.Develop and maintain automated data collection and processing pipelines.Dashboard Development and Maintenance:Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.Continuously update dashboards to reflect the latest data and business needs.

Commercial Acumen:

Collaborate with sector teams to align data insights with business objectives.Analyze financial data to assess business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with multiple sectors, and other departments to understand data needs and deliver solutions.

 

Qualifications:

Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a research vendor or consulting firmExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
