Join our team at RideNow Powersports as a PWC/Jetboat Technician! + Provide prompt, dependable, high quality service to both internal and external customers. + Perform service, repair, and customization work on PWCs (Personal Watercraft) and Jetboats. + Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues. + Complete repair work within the scheduled or allotted time period whenever possible. + Maintain productivity and efficiency in completing assigned tasks. + Assist customers and provide recommendations on maintenance, repairs, and upgrades for their PWCs and Jetboats. + Keep work areas clean and organized. + Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines. + Maintain technical qualifications by completing necessary training programs. Requirements Qualifications & Job Requirements: + Prior experience as a PWC/Jetboat Technician or equivalent experience in a related field. + Knowledge of PWC and Jetboat mechanical systems, electrical systems, and fuel systems. + Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. + Ability to work independently and in a team environment. + Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. + Excellent customer service and communication skills. + Valid driver's license and clean driving record. + Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
