We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with 4-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, PySpark, and SQL, coupled with excellent analytical and data validation skills. Location - Pune or Kolkata Key Responsibilities:

Data Pipeline Development:

Design and implement robust data pipelines for data ingestion, cleansing, and transformation.

Data Extraction and Reporting:

Extract relevant information from multiple data sources and create detailed reports to support stakeholder decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into analytical solutions.

Statistical Analysis:

Utilize statistical techniques to analyze data, identifying patterns and trends for strategic decision-making.

Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA):

Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and generate hypotheses for further investigation.

Data Visualization:

Develop and present clear, impactful visualizations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.

Management Reporting:

Create comprehensive management reports that highlight trends, patterns, and actionable predictions based on data. Primary Skills: Proficiency in Python and PySpark. Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting. Advanced data analysis and validation expertise. Proficiency in creating clear and actionable data visualizations. Secondary Skills (Good to Have): Experience with MS Excel. Familiarity with Databricks for advanced data processing and collaboration. Qualifications: 4-6 years of experience in data analysis or a related field. Hands-on experience with Python and PySpark, including writing, debugging, and optimizing code for data analysis and transformation.
