As part of the newly created Generative AI Accelerator team, we are leveraging Generative AI technologies to support various business use cases, such as interpreting image data for production flaw detection and employing RAG models for knowledge management. Once a high-level idea is validated through experimentation, we package it for production deployment on the Cloud. We ensure IT compliance, operational resilience, supportability, and optimized costs.

With the rapid growth in demand for GenAI-based solutions, we are seeking candidates for Software Engineer positions who will design and develop these systems. In this role, you will collaborate with Product Owners to understand business use cases and utilize your technical skills to design, implement, and optimize solutions. You will have the opportunity to deploy these solutions to production environments and observe their use by real business users. This role offers hands-on experience in building industry-standard applications using the Python programming language, leveraging the latest Generative AI technologies (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Llama), and deploying them to cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

Work on image/video analysis/interpretation use cases  - starting from defining the scope and orchestrating the Proof-Of-Concept/Experimentation to obtain business approval for production implementation

Building and applying Data Science knowledge and expertise to improve the effectiveness/accuracy of GenAI-based solutions through hands-on coding

Calculating and monitoring application E2E costs to assess real value provided by the system

Implement the production solution via hands-on development of the production pipeline

Implementing application components and capabilities like front-end, database, logging, authentication, Disaster Recovery

Conducting handover of the system to hosting platform support

Performing platform optimization projects to ensure code/platform reusability for new use cases

For applications on production - performing the DevOps support and operational maintenance (for ex.: re-experimentation of use cases on new LLM models)

Job Qualifications

2-5 years of relevant experience with Azure Cloud platform (Azure Machine Learning Studio) and programming in Python language (proficient level)

Strong written and verbal English language communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in multinational/multicultural environment

Ability to handle multiple priorities

At least Bachelor's degree preferably in the IT knowledge domain

Nice to have

Google Cloud platform experience

GenAI API experience – for ex. Langchain

Machine Learning, Data Science, and Data Engineering project experience

Familiarity/basic expertise in Agile, CI/CD, DevOps
