The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, particularly in Python and Azure Logic/Function Apps, and will be adept at providing guidance, mentorship, and support to the team. 

As a Principal Engineer, being the technical lead, you will architect new projects, ensure enterprise-level delivery of robust code and automations, and play a critical role in the development of junior staff and Kadets. Day-to-day responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Drive the technical direction and strategy. Serve as the subject matter expert for Python and Azure Logic/Function Apps. Act as the primary escalation point for the team, providing timely guidance and resolutions to technical challenges. Bachelor's degree Architect and design new projects, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with team members to gather input and foster a collaborative environment. Own the enterprise-level delivery process, ensuring the deployment of foolproof code and automations. Maintain high standards of code quality within the team by establishing best practices and leading by example. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff and Kadets, nurturing their professional growth and technical skills. Contribute to the development plans for team members, supporting their career progression. Work closely with the Agile Manager to enhance team performance and streamline workflows. Project Architecture and Delivery: Mentorship and Development: Team Collaboration and Agile Processes:

Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Essential traits:

A strong technical background, particularly in Python and Azure management, building, reviewing  You are proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to manage and mentor a team  You have a high English level. Ability to manage confidential, sensitive information.
