The team member is responsible for processing the HR data correctly and timely according to the project deadlines and to the expected quality. Also interacts with the Client on a daily basis via phone and email, works on resolving HR related issues, cooperates with other delivery team members, and ensures that the documentation is up to date.
Qualifications• Strong communication skills and command in English and French: Minimum B2 level

Job Responsibilities• Process movements (transfers, promotion) and leaver requests
• Process HR Administration requests
• Answer client’s calls and emails
• Process client’s queries and escalations
