Job Title: Equipment Quality Assurance and Shipping Specialist
Job Description

Ensure that all orders are accurately picked, run through the quality assurance process, packaged, and shipped. This role is responsible for assuring that orders have been accurately fulfilled before boxes are shipped out. Reviews packing slips and compares package contents to ensure accuracy. Reports any anomalies and pulls inaccurate packages out of production. This role may also assist in final packaging once the shipment has been QA’d if shipping needs additional assistance.

ResponsibilitiesReview pack lists to ensure that contents of each order are properly included in each packageWeigh, count and visually inspect materials and verify part numbers on supplies, material, and equipment are accurateDetermine the appropriate conveyor system by scanning packages, reading labels and charts, verifying numbers, and memorizing information, and sort packages accordinglyPack boxes using various shipping materials and ensure proper labeling and postage is included with each shipmentMaintain levels of shipping materials and notify the appropriate party when supplies are lowManage packaging inventory including boxing up and sealing materials to be sentUtilize an online exceptions management system to communicate with clientsWork with other fulfillment departments to ensure all eligible packages are sent outEssential SkillsExperience with QA, RF Scanner, and Quality AssuranceWarehouse packing experience1 year of experience working in a quality inspection department for any electronics company1 year of shipping experienceAdditional Skills & QualificationsAttention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skillsWhy Work Here?

Work Environment

The company repairs and refurbishes ATM checkout swipe machines. There are 20 employees working inside of 5 different departments to inspect and repair machines and return them to the stores. The shift is from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sacramento, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50
