This position will sit in the DTC and is a hybrid working environment 4 days in office, 1 day remote. Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Manual QA Tester to join our team and contribute to the quality assurance process for our Lighthouse application. Lighthouse is a critical tool used by technicians at the company to enhance customer service during home repairs and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing user stories, writing and validating test cases, and collaborating with the automation team to identify which test cases need automation. Responsibilities: * Review user stories in the agile bucket and write, validate, and optimize test cases * Collaborate with the automation team to determine which test cases require automation * Communicate effectively with the automation team, both onsite and remotely * Utilize downtime to assist in other areas, preferably with experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Playwright * Participate in grooming calls and ensure that all stories are groomed and ready for testing
