QA Acceptance Inspector
In this role you
Carries out independent activities that support the execution of regulatory/quality management system requirements related to incoming inspection and inspection plan creation of purchased finished goods received at the warehouse per established methods.
Your role:
Performs timely incoming inspection and inspection plan creation of purchased finished goods received at the warehouse per established methods.
• Creates timely nonconforming records for failed inspections or final release activities.
• Created inspection plans for incoming inspections and updates work instructions.
• Creates engineering changes and ensures inspection planning requirements are met.
• Responsible to meet departmental metrics.
• Manages daily management board data and may lead meetings.
• Responsible to champion lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
You're the right fit if:
Able to complete set-up and inspections with a coordinate measuring machine and other inspection tools as necessary. Able to read and understand drawing requirements and tolerances. SAP (MRP/ERP) experience desired.3+ years of experience in a medical device industry required.Prior experience in working in a manufacturing or warehouse related environment, required.Basic understanding of CAPA, as well as global medical device regulations, requirements and standards such as 21 CFR Parts 803, 806, and 820, ISO13485, and EU MDR.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remote position.How we work together

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in Woodinville, WA is $27 to $38, Hourly.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
