Job Summary:
DT Professional Services is seeking a QA Analyst/Software Tester to join our team in a remote capacity! You will perform product reviews to assist in identifying any project non-compliances. The position of the Quality Insurance/Software Tester will integrate closely with the software development team and plays a crucial role verifying that the products delivered are reliable, meet specified customer requirements and uphold the company’s quality status. The QA/Software Tester is a key project role in delivering the highest of contract deliverables.

Responsibilities:
The core of the work is focused on developing testing, executing test cases and tracking and tracking metrics. The software tester is expected to be analytical and an independent thinker. Experience in developing test automation scripts is desired. Essential Duties and responsibilities may include the following:Document test plans, test casesParticipate and planning and scheduling of activities to support the Agile sprintReport quarterly QA status metricsParticipate in team daily standup meetings, peer reviews, and retrospective meetingsAssess the validity of user stories, requirements and use casesWorks collaboratively with the technical teamAssist in developing quality engineering processes and proceduresDesign and implement automation scripts when requiredCreate documentation to support information system authorization/accreditation packagesCreate and execute test casesTrack to closure any found issues/bugsDevelop and maintain test tracking matrixSupport new design discussionBasic Qualifications Required:High School Diploma or GEDAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance4+ years experience with DoD, USACE OperationsExperience working in an Agile environmentExperience with Azure ADOExperience with software development, testing and writing software technical documentationOutstanding communication skillsAnalytical thinking and problem solvingExcellent organization skillsFamiliarity with test management toolsFamiliarity with Risk Management FrameworkPreferred Qualifications:3+ years experience with DoD Information AssuranceStrong written & verbal communication skillsBachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science or other
The compensation range for this position: $57,000 - $62,000 annually.
