Mon-Thurs 3:30am - 2pm Friday-Sun 3:30pm-4am **Pay:** Starting at $22/hr, raises at conversion **Type:** Contract to hire **Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree in applicable field (Chemistry, Food Science, Biochemistry, etc.) + Basic math and science skills with lab bench work experience **Responsibilities** + Analyze the pH, viscosity, water activity, brix, density, taste, color, texture and appearance of ingredients, in-process, and finished products + Perform titrations to obtain salt, lactic and acetic acid concentrations + Prepare flavors and dyes for ingredients + Inspect production lines and validate integrity of all testing components + Assist in projects involving shelf-life studies and auditing retains ​​​​​​​***This job description is a complete list of all desired skills but not all are required.
