Our Client is recruiting for a QA Analyst to support manual testing of an in house application. The anticipated duration of the assignment will go through December 2018. Preference will be given to local candidates with expert English language (verbal and written) who have demonstrated ability to deliver quality in a dynamic environment with limited direction/support. 
Job Description:Extrapolate and collate information from various sources to develop comprehensive and accurate test cases. E.g. Business Requirements, Technical Design Documents, Process Flow Diagrams, Interviews with SME's and Business Owners, Application Documentation, etc.Execute complex test cases accurately and proficientlyAbility to research and troubleshoot issues and clearly document defectsCreate basic queries to identify test data and populate test casesConduct peer reviews of test cases and business assets as appropriateAbility to quickly understand concepts and apply practical solutionsWorking knowledge of QA Best Practices with the ability to contribute to foundational development discussions for longer term application testing supportRequirements:5+ years testing experienceExperience writing test plans, test cases, testing and recording test resultsEffectively manages priorities and understand the QA role in the SDLCExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenWriting and executing test cases for web-based applicationsHands on experience with MS Office SuitePreferred Experience:Basic knowledge of relational databases and how to create queriesPrior experience with HRMS solution implementationsJIRA and Test Management for JIRAAutomation experience particularly with Open Source Tools.
