Essential Job Duties:
Ensure appropriately trained resources are available, whilst providing day to day supervision and guidance for the team, in order to make sure that tasks are completed according to procedural requirementsEnsure the consistent implementation, use and review of SOPs Publish and communicate metrics and ensure appropriate actions are taken, when neededEscalate issues to management in a timely manner implementing appropriate solutionsInfluence functional and operational internal stakeholders to improve quality and increase efficienciesLead functional process improvement initiatives to drive efficiencies and effectiveness of Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance (RC&QA) processesInterpret applicable quality regulations/standards and create appropriate policies and proceduresLead client or regulatory agency interactionsRecruit, train, coach and develop individuals based on their development or business needsComplete thorough, timely and well documented performance evaluations providing objective feedback to the individual Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance (RC&QA) management responsibilities, as indicated in applicable controlled documents, are followedPerform other duties, as assigned by managementMinimum Experience Required:
8 years in regulatory environment (experience in GXP roles) and 2-3 years of team management experience2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST working hoursExperience & regulatory expertise of industry quality systems/standardsAbility to interpret applicable regulations/standardsExperience in leading process improvement initiativesAbility to communicate and influence internal stakeholders effectivelyAbility to supervise resources in a single geographic locationRecommended Education:
