JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and build robust, scalable, and high-quality test automation frameworks.

Collaborate with QA, development, and product teams to define and execute test automation plans.

Team Leadership:

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into automated test cases.

Continuous Improvement:

Drive the adoption of CI/CD practices to integrate automated testing into the development pipeline.

3+ years of experience in a lead or management role in test automation.Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) and scripting.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Drives Results, Collaboration, Customer focus
