About the team:

The Margin Team is acting as a Global Team responsible of major clearing house margin methodologies replication. The team is transverse made up of people working on different FIS cleared derivatives Backoffice systems and real-time margining applications (GMI, UBIX, FIS CD Backoffice, FIS CD Margin Advisor). Margin teams are spread through different FIS locations. This position is within the Margin team in Tunisia. You will be part of a talented software team that works on mission-critical applications in the financial industries.

What you will be doing:

Implementing automated tests using test automation tools (Cypress, Java Programing language)

Understanding, implementing, and updating the Agile Test Strategy

Actively collaborating with developers and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, especially in terms of testability, consistency, and completeness.

Work with Product Owners to define Acceptance Criteria and the Definition of Done

Measuring and reporting test coverage across all applicable coverage dimensions

Write acceptance criteria and test scenario based on requirement and specifications.

Ensuring proper use of testing tools

Configuring, using, and managing test environments and test data

Writing automated scripts and Execute test scenarios

Monitoring the test execution in CI

Reporting automated tests failures and working with the team to fix them

Running and maintaining the automated regression test suites

Reporting defects and working with the team to resolve them

Coaching other team members in relevant aspects of testing

Ensuring the appropriate testing tasks are scheduled during sprint planning

Participating proactively in daily standup meetings, story grooming sessions, team retrospectives, suggesting and implementing improvements

Identifying, logging, tracking and resolution of software bugs

Ensure the quality of all deliveries

Promote a culture of excellence, quality, and professionalism using testing best practices such as automation and documentation of test scenarios

What you bring

Computer science engineering degree

Extensive experience in Automation testing of UI applications with Cypress / Java

Hands on experience creating/maintaining software test automation framework

Functional knowledge in finance

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a solution-oriented mindset

Attention to details and creative mindset

Positive attitude, patience, communication and listening skills

Good verbal and written English
