About The Team:

Join our dynamic team as QA Business Consultant specialized in products and services from the Treasury group. This position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge financial products, utilizing your expertise in automated testing. It also involves working closely with counterparties to understand their testing needs and deliver effective solutions.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Requirement Analysis: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, propose best practices, and create optimal test case specifications.
• Collaboration: Work in close cooperation with development teams to integrate testing seamlessly into the software development lifecycle.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the testing process, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Client Engagement Management: Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring successful delivery of testing services.
• Technological Expertise: Utilize your knowledge in technologies such as Python, Robot Framework to engineer automated testing approaches.
• New Product Testing: Lead the testing efforts for new products, including tools assessment and ensuring the application of best practices.
 

What You Bring:

• 3+ years in Treasury business within a banking industry
• Excellent knowledge of complete product range in treasury business
• Vivid interest in IT technology that makes banking industry work, willing to engage into automation test development
• Excellent problem solving and problem analysis abilities with capability to grasp technology logic quickly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to understand client needs and/or propose effective solutions
• Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Systems

Added Bonus If You Have:

• Experience in technology (one of): Python, Robot framework, JAVA, Selenium
• Innovation: A proactive approach to engineering new and innovative automated testing approaches.
• Financial Industry Knowledge: Experience in technology one of: Python, Robot framework, JAVA, Selenium
