The company has made a significant commitment to the transformation of our consumer complaints management system. Our CCMO Team (Consumer Complaints Management Organization) has been chartered to Design and Implement a comprehensive corporate consumer complaints management system that assures worldwide regulatory compliance for all P&G products. The Consumer Complaints QA B1 leader has overall responsibility for the complaint management process, the associated compliance work and action planning. They review consumer comment data, prepare in-depth complaint reports, analyze complaints to identify potential design, executional or mixed issues for the sector, communicate these to the Technical Community, and hold CCMO QA and the customers accountable. They also lead the cross functional consumer comment reviews and participate in Senior Management Reviews. The B1 leader contributes to enhancing the overall process, ensuring compliance, and delighting consumers, while driving simplification through automation or digitization and supporting the Quality Assurance digital transformation. The CCMO QA B1 leader has a passion for growing people.
The CCMO QA B1 Leader owns the QA Consumer Complaints system processes for a business unit. Leadership of processes and/or systems will include (but is not strictly limited to) liaison between Consumer Relations, Global Product Stewardship, R&D, Global Safety and Surveillance Analysis and PS sites to ensure proper coding, handling & investigation of complaints, complaint review/assessment and closure of complaint files. They are responsible for data tracking, signal/trend analysis, change control management, complaint escalation, documentation, and process performance. May also be a key leader in the preparation and analysis of quality results data for monthly and quarterly communications and for coordinating the execution of management reviews. Provides support during inspections and audits related to the broader P&G Consumer Complaint Management system (end-to- end program and associated QA responsibilities).
Job Qualifications
Required:
