Job Responsibilities :

1. Design, develop, and execute test plans to ensure software quality.
2. Perform manual and automated testing to verify software
functionality.
3. Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira and
Bugzilla.
4. Collaborate with development teams to ensure thorough test coverage.
5. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality and
performance.
6. Assist in maintaining and improving automated testing frameworks.
7. Execute regression tests to verify that existing functionality is
intact.

Education Requirement :

B.Tech / B.E (CS, IT, ECE preferable)

Experience Requirement :

3 - 8 years

Skills & Competencies :

1. Testing Techniques: Knowledge of both manual and automated testing
methodologies
2. Bug Tracking Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Bugzilla
for tracking and managing bugs
3. Programming Languages: Basic understanding of programming languages
like Java, Python, and C-Sharp
4. Test Documentation: Ability to write clear and concise test cases and
test plans
5. Analytical and Technical Skills: Strong analytical and technical
skills
6. Communication and Collaboration: Good communication and collaboration
abilities
7. Independent and Team Work: Ability to work independently and as part
of a team
