Job Description Job Title: QA Engineer Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer with exceptional technical abilities, preferably with experience in a .NET environment and a strong understanding of financial markets, particularly derivatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain automated tests and CI tools in a .NET environment. Execute all Algo and Quantitative research-related test routines. Execute test routines and report outcomes to multiple teams. Diagnose problems and report bugs and enhancements to Development. Actively participate in status meetings and report the acceptance state of projects. Work closely with Algo and Quantitative research team members to analyze test results, locate problems, identify root causes, and develop solutions. Produce clear and meaningful automated reports to provide test results for each execution. Knowledge and Experience: Experience in developing test automation and utilities, with a strong background in developing .NET applications. Deep understanding of the software development cycle and methodologies. In-depth knowledge of financial markets, preferably with experience in derivatives. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
