Job DescriptionAs a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will test and refine the product vision. You will work closely with Product Management, Software Development, Senior Leadership, and Business Partners to understand each project and what defines success while designing corresponding readiness test plans. You will be empowered to provide feedback and recommendations on how Software as a function can improve. This is an entry-level position.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or 0-1 year of experience in quality assurance/quality control Project management experience is a plus Excellent communication skills and outgoing personality Basic understanding of coding Familiar with performing Root Cause Analysis and creating Dev tickets Highly detail and procedure oriented Character Traits Relationship Someone with strong communication skills that can create dynamic relationships, develop current and future talent, and add to our culture.
