QA Engineer - Remote, B2B

We're looking for experienced QA Engineer with a strong technical background and a proactive mindset. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a Linux-based, open-source environment and are committed to long-term growth. The ideal candidate is not just a tool user but someone who understands code, contributes to test frameworks, and collaborates closely with developers to drive automation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, execute, and optimize test strategies for functionality, performance, scalability, and security
* Develop and maintain automated test frameworks, increasing test coverage and efficiency
* Perform manual and automated testing, ensuring product quality and reliability
* Collaborate with developers to streamline testing processes and enhance documentation
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and release processes

Skills and Experience:

* 5+ years of experience in software testing, preferably with SaaS or embedded systems
* Proficiency in Python, Pytest, and scripting for automation
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub/GitLab CI) and containerized testing (Docker, Kubernetes)
* Strong understanding of functional, performance, and security testing
* Familiarity with REST API testing, Linux environments, and modern UI testing tools (e.g., Playwright)
* Basic knowledge of Go, C, and C++ is a plus
* Fluent in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
