Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity develop and enhance complete and sizable software modules in the assigned software engineering function in one or more of platform and application management. Each day, you will execute assigned design and development activities focused on building solutions in an efficient and cost-effective manner and in accordance with quality standards. You will also showcase your expertise by providing curate project schedule estimates and ensures their successful completion within the deadline.The work model for the role is: hybridThis role is contributing to the Marine &Services in Parañaque City; PhilippinesYou will be mainly accountable for:Plan and execute tests in Routing Services products and applications using a complete knowledge of standard references, testing methodologies and requested requirementsFunction in a Scrum based Agile environment requiring the frequent release of production code Evaluate and document test results for use as supporting knowledge in the development of new productsDesign test automation solutions for small to medium-sized complexity problems in a way that is simple and easy to understand and develop the solution in a maintainable wayImproving the team by actively participating in retrospectives and Root-cause/Escaped Defect Analysis (RCA/EDA) within the team

Qualifications for the role

4+ years of experience is BDD (Behavior-driven Development) Software testing, preferably with hands-on experience ins both API and application testingDeep understanding of Test automation framework such as Cucumber and ROBOT and experience working with CI/CD tools such as GitLab or Azure DevOps, etc.Hands-on experience in testing with Postman, AWS Tools and DataDog and experience with developing services running in the AWS or Azure cloud infrastructure is a plus.Demonstrates the ability to independently recognize problems and provide input to solutions, applies established standards and in some cases, instructs or coaches other team members.Ability to look forward and see options and opportunities to modernize the products and services we develop. With that, it is important to learn rapidly and master innovative technologies and techniques quickly.Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset
