QA Engineer Salesforce - Marketing Cloud

Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics._ **Responsibilities** **Job Summary:** As a QA Engineer, you will be assigned to a Product Team and will be responsible for testing and validating the functionality of all User Stories from the team according to the requirements. A person in this role is expected to be proficient in navigating Salesforce Marketing Cloud and comprehensive understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud terminology. A QA Engineer is a self-motivated driven individual as well as a team player. **Responsibilities:** + Write Test Cases + Perform regular reviews of existing test cases and update as needed + Perform unit, functional and weekly regression testing + Ensure that acceptance criteria is clearly communicated and documented + Attend and participate in scrum ceremonies + Collaborate with other members of the QA and DevOps Team + Write Test Plans + Security Testing - both positive and negative testing + Find and escalate defects + Effectively communicate with multiple roles within the team from Developer, Admin, Architect, Product Manager and more + Be an advocate and voice for our QA policies and procedures within your team + Proactively identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in our processes and procedures + Contribute to the update of test cases in our automated testing tools + Provide support to other QA Engineers when necessary **Complexity of Work:** + The role requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. + Must be able to work in a stressful environment. + Ability to quickly adapt to changes in assigned work and/or assigned product/project + Collaboration with multiple cross-functional team members and stakeholders, which requires excellent communication skills. **Minimum Qualifications:** + A demonstrated ability to understand, articulate, and question complex requirements. + Experience in a Healthcare setting preferred + Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred + Understanding of Salesforce products and their functionality + Bachelor’s degree preferred + Business or Computer Science degree preferred **Work Experience** + 2 years of software quality assurance experience required + 1 year of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience required + Marketing Cloud Admin Certification preferred + JIRA experience required **Requirements** Education: + High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. **Additional Preferences** \#LI-Remote \#clinicaltransformation **Why Join Our Team** Ascension associates are key to our commitment of transforming healthcare and providing care to all, especially those most in need.
