Qualifications
University degree in Engineering discipline and significant technical and/or manufacturing experience.Demonstrated experience in effective leadership, with ability to coach, develop and engage individuals and teams.Ability to use the lean tools to simplify the manufacturing process and reduce the wasteFamiliar with IATF16949 quality management system and the APQP, PPAP, FMEA/CP, MSA, and Lean/CI tools.Capability in problem solving methodologies and ability to lead a trouble shooting teamEHS first and Quality always mindset.Fluent in written and oral English.Strong problem-solving skills with data driven.Self-driven for continual improvement and result oriented.Strong attention to details.Work under pressure and flexible to change.How to apply:
