Kforce has a client that is seeking a QA Lead in Johnston, RI. Responsibilities: * Accountable for the creation and maintenance of a product's Test Strategy including the review of the strategy with teams * Accountable for the creation of workflow and e2e system test cases to support system testing across teams and applications * Leads end to end testing and participates in manual testing as needed * QA Lead will write automated tests, including smoke, integration, and regression tests * Works in a BDD driven development environment and is familiar with cucumber and gherkin * Understands team's adherence to the Test Standards and suggests mitigation needed if deviations exist, championing the prioritization of testing tech debt * Raises awareness of testing concerns to Software Engineering Manager * Proactively identify automated and manual testing gaps and create plan to address * First level Resource for complex testing issues that individual teams experience * As a QA Lead, you will work across teams to facilitate dependency concerns * Accountable for the creation of dashboards or use of metrics that help the team and leadership better understand test coverage
